All orders are in stock and ready to ship next day*

*Orders are shipped out next business day. No shipping on the weekends and holidays. i.e, orders placed on Friday after 11am, it will get shipped out on Monday. Please understand due to high volume sometimes it may take an additional day to process orders. For US orders, our closest carrier is a 65 mile round trip from the shop and sometime we have to delay shipping by a day due to unfavourable highway conditions

ETA is 5-15 business days. no matter what service you paid for.
Delivery times vary dues to weather delays and seasonal volumes  delays (i.e x-mas season). We do not give out refunds on shipping.

99% of orders are shipped in a 6x10" bubble mailer (15x25cm). This envelope is no more than 1" thick (2.5cm) and the postman will put it in your mailbox (not on your porch or left in a lobby).

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the pickup address (Port Hope near 401/hwy28)

No one that has ever ordered has not received their package.
Please allow a full 15 business to reach out to us, only after 15 days your package will be considered lost in transit. At this point we can open an investigation with the carrier.
